Monkey Barrel Comedy
My love of comedy and performing led me to create Monkey Barrel Comedy with co-founder Ben Verth.
Myself and Ben, with the help of many others, turned a weekly gig above a pub into an award winning stand-alone comedy venue.

Scrapheap Golf
As MBC grew during Edinburgh Fringe, it needed space. But what to do in those spaces for the rest of the year?

Magic Potions Tavern
Designed to complement the escape rooms, Magic Potions Tavern focuses on the best part of being a witch or wizard; Brewing your own potion cocktails!
You are given the magical ingredients and special potion instructions, it’s up to you to use all your hexes and curses (not those ones!) to create a concoction to ensnare the senses or banish your enemies!

Monkey Barrel Records
My last project with MBC was to create a comedy record label. I always hankered after listening to live comedy shows long after going to see them.
I convinced the fantastic comic John Kearns, to let me produce his record. With the help of the amazing Robin Woods on all things sound Monkey Barrel Records was born.

On The Walk
Created from a rundown sauna on Leith Walk, Edinburgh. On The Walk is a boutique self-service hotel offering a peaceful haven just minutes from the capital's main sites.
Entirely conceived, designed, and developed by me, On The Walk is the first official Small Shot project.The hotel opened to the public in July 2021 and is rated at 9.2/10 on Booking.com.

Outbound Campers
Launched in August 2021 as a pilot project with one camper, Outbound Campers offers a value for money camper hire experience.
Customers can hire a camper from as little as £65 per day and explore all that Scotland has to offer. Our ethos is simple. Book it, get in, and go!
Outbound Campers will be increasing the fleet to 5 campers for the 2022 season. After that....who knows?!

Making people laugh is the thing I love to do most. So I have created Wicked Games to bring laughter to the living room!
Inspired by a game I created for my daughter called More Poo! Wicked Games has been created to put a smile on your face.
